The family run business undertakes a wide range of building construction work, both commercial and residential. Public clients include County, District and Borough Councils, Housing Associations, Area Health Authorities, Diocesan Boards, Building Societies and retail organisations.

The Company has over the years also purchased land and developed many large and small private housing estates in Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Bedfordshire. E J Waterhouse & Sons Ltd is a NHBC registered house builder and member of the Construction Confederation and the Home Builders Federation.
